Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays from Inside O-Town!
(December 25, 2003) The IO Crew wishes everyone who is a part of the Inside O-Town online community and all who visit us, a very merry Christmas and happy holidays. In this time when we are reminded daily of terrorism, it is refreshing to have a season that focuses on peace, hope and goodwill. Whether it is the birth of Christ, the good deeds of St. Nicholas or a miracle of lights, the exchange of gifts, greetings or other charitable acts is our way of keeping alive the goodness that these holy ones and miraculous event brought to the world. O-Town fans also treasure the goodness that Ashley, Dan, Erik, Jacob and Trevor brought into their world through Making the Band, their music, concerts, appearances and the boys’ kindness toward them at meet and greets or encounters. Fans keep that goodness alive by sharing with others the ways that O-Town brought goodness into their lives. Click here if you would like to share about something O-Town or something one of the guys said or did that brought goodness into your life, or to read the posts made by other fans. Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to ALL!

Happy New Year!
(December 31, 2003) We wish Ashley, Dan, Erik, Jacob, Trevor, their families, the members of the Inside O-Town Broadcast Network, our readers and all of our message board members a very safe, healthy, happy and prosperous new year filled with great times and dreams realized. Love is In the Air!
(January 16, 2004) Those watching TRL, as well as everyone who was in the studio, were treated to a brief clip of O-Town’s “We Fit Together” on January 12th. VJ Damien Fahey, who was hosting TRL that day, is quite taken with Fefe Dobson, who was the guest artist. He presented her roses and a CD with love songs on it. He shared the selection of songs with the audience. According to Shawnee, who saw the show and posted an account on our message board, he said, “First, the classic O-Town, 'We Fit Together,'” and the love song filled the air. Trevor’s sister, Vanessa, happened to be in the studio audience as well! We thank Chelsea, Shawnee, Marisol and everyone who posted about this event on the IO message board.
Valentines Day is less than a month away. Just about every song that O-Town performed is about love. If you were to give or receive a CD of love songs to a loved one for Valentines Day, what O-Town song or songs would be on the CD you would give or receive? We invite you to post your choices or read others’ choices here.

In Memory of Martin Luther King, Jr.
(January 19, 2004) Today we commemorate Martin Luther King, Jr.’s life, his work, his ministry, his contributions and his dreams. His peaceful demonstrations and powerful speeches, including his best remembered speech, “I Have A Dream,” changed the fabric of our society, our nation’s history and the history of the world. His dream became the dream of many. It seems appropriate today to dedicate the song “One Heart” to Martin Luther King, Jr. today. One portion of the lyrics reads “One hope is all you need, one dream that we can all share, one dream we all believe.” And because of Martin Luther King, Jr. and the many people who shared his dream, perhaps even the members of O-Town were able to make their dreams come true. Perhaps it is appropriate to also dedicate “American Game” to Martin Luther King today, too. A passage from this song says “Because of you my friends I can live my life and I can be free to be me.” What more would this civil rights leader who dreamed of freedom and brotherhood wish to hear?
