MTV's Lineup of New Pilots Includes “There and Back” Starring Ashley Angel
(July 1, 2005) On June 27th, MTV issued a press release announcing their lineup of new pilots. A number of media outlets covered its news, including Variety, Reuters, Hollywood Report, TV Guide Online, Yahoo! News, Boston Herald and Zap2it.com. According to these reports, MTV is creating a number of new pilots including a project starring Ashley Angel titled “There and Back" that will chronicle his endeavors during his return to the music industry’s mainstream. When we contacted Ashley for his comments, he informed us that he is not at liberty to discuss his projects presently, but is very happy and excited about his work and assures IO that he will tell us all about it as soon as he can do so.

Jacob’s Loc Will Have a CD Release Party at The Roxy Soon!

House of Blues San Diego VIP Tickets Available Now!
(July 8, 2005) As Dan mentioned in his most recent message, VIP tickets will be available for some of the dates on the Boys of Summer tour. A VIP ticket gives you a meet and greet package that includes 8 x 10 photos for the artists’ autographs, permits you to take pictures and have your memorabilia signed by all of the performers! The show in San Diego is this Wednesday, July 13, so buy your general admission or VIP tickets here now!

Tickets for the Boys of Summer North Myrtle Beach Date on Sale Now!

(July 9, 2005) Tickets for what is currently the final date of the Boys of Summer tour went on sale today. This show, which is scheduled for September 2nd, falls on the Friday leading into the Labor Day weekend. What better way to kick off your Labor Day weekend than with a trip to North Myrtle Beach to celebrate what Americans consider the holiday that closes our days of summer! You will be able to purchase VIP Meet and Greet passes for this show. Since Dan’s 25th birthday is on September 4th, remember to wish Dan a happy birthday when you see him! (July 16, 2005) Even though Dan had nothing to do with the decision to cancel the July 15 date at the House of Blues West Hollywood, he wishes to extend his apologies to everyone that went out of their way to attend the show. Dan did not receive advance notice about the cancellation himself! He is truly sorry for any inconvenience the cancellation may have caused. He wishes to assure all that the Anaheim show has not been canceled, and he reassures us that he will keep us posted of all future developments relating to this tour. Thanks again for your support!


Update on Pufferbellies Show Info
(July 16, 2005) The Pufferbellies website indicates that the doors for the Boys of Summer show will open at 8:00 pm on Friday, July 29. The show is ages 18 and over. Tickets are $20 advance purchase and $25 at the door - Tickets may be on sale at FYE and Strawberries stores.
