We ordered something to drink and while we were sitting there, the guys came into the back of the room. They stopped and posed for a photo for someone and then went out the back door. We finished our drinks and headed back outside to see if the lineup had started. The fans were lined up the stairs to the venue, so we took our places to wait outside the door. We could hear the sound check going on inside. It seemed as though it was a fairly long sound check so that kept us waiting a little while longer. It was after 7:00 p.m. when they opened the doors to let us in to set up.

I had several items on my agenda for IO, so I was making a beeline for Trevor, who was first up on my list! Ashley was sitting next to him and called me over to say hi. I talked with him a few minutes and delivered some info from IO, then went over to Trevor.

The view at the Baycenter in Dewey Beach, Delaware is sun, sand and ocean, but on Sunday, June 29th there were also a few hundred O-Town fans trying to figure out which line to wait in! The fans who had to pick up tickets from Will Call couldn’t retrieve them until 7:00 p.m. and the fans who had their tickets were told to line up on one side of the building and the fans with Meet & Greets were told to line up on the other side of the building. There is never a dull moment when you are at an O-Town show!

I had a special delivery for him that I had carried all the way from California. Von had given me two KMT shirts for Trevor. When I approached him, I had some information to give him and a couple of things for him to sign and as we were talking he noticed my bag and said, “Are those for me? I hope so, 'cause I don’t have anything to wear for the show!” He gave me that smile and said, “KMT!” What a guy! He always knows how to represent his beloved KMT. I handed him the white one and he beamed! He was all set! There was a nice red one too and after the Meet & Greet, he took a look at that one and said, “Is that a red sleeveless one? Cool!”

Donna and I had gotten Jacob a little belated birthday gift. We found two really cool T-shirts with guitars on them and immediately thought of Jacob and we were fortunate to have a couple of minutes to make sure he got them. He really seemed to like them, saying they were “awesome and had lots of old guitars on them.”

The fans were coming in by that time so I headed over to find Mike Morin and complete my list of tasks. They let in the fans by groups of six so everyone got a nice chance to chat, get stuff signed and have pictures taken with the guys.

Heather, Donna and I arrived around 4pm. We saw some familiar faces and met some new ones. It was great to see so many IOers there. There were about 60 people with Meet & Greet passes.

The Meet & Greet was scheduled for 5:30 p.m., but one of the associates from the Bay Center announced that it had been pushed back to 6:30 p.m. Donna, Heather and I headed over to the café to wait.
