• Bashing O-Town, their families, friends, business associates, Inside O-Town, the IO Crew or any other O-Town fan, site, founder or crew

• Sales, fundraisers or promotion of fundraisers or sale of items using O-Town's name, logo or image without appropriate permission

• Any activity that is contrary to the rules and regulations of a webhost, server, or online community such as Yahoo!, EZBoard, etc.
