Before the show, the guys were kind enough to brave the cold and meet their fans at a picnic table outside the venue, even though the temperature was in the 40’s! There was a representative from the Bobblehead company there and Bobbleheads were everywhere. Even the guys were checking them out!

After the meet and greet, Mike Morin invited us into the dressing room to chat with the guys before the show. When we went in, they were all smiles and hugs, asking how we were and remembering us from D.C. They are so genuinely happy to see their fans. Of course Ashley had to reminisce a bit about the now famous sperm comment after Heather let him know what a hit it was with the fans! He loved that and Trevor said, "Yeah, that was a great comment."

Then we had a little garden conversation and he told us, "I'd like to have my own garden someday. I want to grow tomatoes. My grandma gardens a lot. She has a garden so I grew up helping her water and stuff. I want my own garden someday. I'm serious!" We also asked if he had gotten the chance to ride the Superman ride, but he said, "No, can you believe it?" So for anyone that was looking for Ashley on the ride, it wasn't him you saw!

Heather and Donna had their cameras snapping to bring you some terrific shots of O-Town with their fans. We also saw Trevor's friend Bourke from Dawson's Creek again. He was happy to see us and posed for pictures with fans.

Then Ashley sat down to write the letter to the fans, and we took the opportunity to talk to him about his upcoming appearance at the Wilmington Flower Market in Delaware on May 10th. We asked him what he'd be doing and he explained, "I'm gonna hang out. I'm gonna sign autographs. I'm gonna be there pretty much as long as the event goes on." When we asked him if he was going to perform at all, he responded, "I'll be there by myself. I'm not used to singing without the guys so I might be a little shy there! I can sing a little, but I'm really not used to singing without the guys. I'm excited, its gonna be a lot of fun! I'm gonna just hang out, maybe plant some seeds, maybe pick up a few gardening tips for my mom."

We also had the chance to speak to Dan and let him know what an amazing song we think "American Game" is and that tons of fans agree. He smiled and said, “Thank you very much for that.” We told him we would love to see it released as a single right now and he said, "It would be really interesting to see the response to that. That would be cool."

Of course we all know that there is an O-Town birthday coming up, so we gave Jacob pre-birthday hugs and wished him a Happy Birthday from all of his fans. He was very sweet and said thanks! Then all the guys starting teasing him, telling him he was getting old. Erik was focused on warming up for the show, doing push-ups and dance moves in between conversations and pictures.

A large crowd gathered early at the Six Flags amusement park in frigid New Jersey weather, not to be first in line for the new Superman ride, but to make sure they secured a good spot for the O-Town show that evening at the Northern Star Arena. It was general admission, so entry was on a first come, first serve basis.
