(April 3, 2004) Trevor was told how much fans miss him, so he asked KMT and Inside O-Town to run a contest to give two spaces on his guest list for a private celebrity basketball game to a fan. Trevor will be a celebrity participant in this game! The game will be held in Santa Monica, California sometime between 12:00 PM and 6:00 PM on Sunday, April 25, 2004. This game is not open to the public. Tickets cannot be purchased. Only the celebrity teams' invited family and friends can attend the game. The winner will be chosen by a random drawing so each contestant has an equal chance to win!

Contest Rules and Instructions

Entering this contest means that you have read and understood the contest rules, terms and requirements for eligibility. Please do not enter this contest if you or your guest might not be able to attend this event or might not be able or willing to meet/agree to the contest’s terms.

1. Contestants must be at least 18 years of age or, if under 18, the winner's one guest must be the winner's parent or legal guardian.

2. Contestants must be able to be at a secret location in Santa Monica, California in a timeframe that will fall between 12:00 PM and 6:00 PM Sunday, April 25, 2004. The exact location will be divulged to the winner when they claim the prize.

3. No travel expenses are covered. The winner and the winner's guest must pay for any and all expenses they may incur in order to attend this event, including but not limited to transportation, meals and accommodations.

4. You must post your entry in this thread on Inside O-Town's message board or by posting your entry at KMT by using this message title "Celebrity Basketball Game Contest Entry." Simply submit your name by 6 PM PST Friday, April 9, 2004. YOU CAN ENTER ONLY ONCE. DUPLICATE ENTRIES WILL BE DELETED.

5. The drawing will be held on Saturday, April 10, 2004. Doris Penick will draw the winning entry and a videotape of the drawing will be posted on Inside O-Town's website and message board and KMT on Saturday, April 10, 2004. The winner must claim their prize by submitting their full legal name and the full legal name of their guest within 24 hours from the time that the winner's name is posted at Inside O-Town and KMT. If the winner fails to claim their prize within 24 hours, a new winner will be drawn. The new winner must claim their prize as previously defined.

6. Contestants must agree to and abide by these additional conditions:

a. There shall be no liability or legal responsibility on the part of Inside O-Town, KMT, Trevor Penick or anyone affiliated with this event and/or contest for any expenses, injuries, losses, damages or liability that might arise in connection with this event/contest. Furthermore, Inside O-Town, KMT, Trevor Penick and anyone affiliated with this event and/or contest, shall not be held liable or legally responsible for any expenses, injuries, losses, damages or liability that might arise if the game/event is canceled or postponed for any reason.

b. The prize is nontransferable.

c. No cameras of any kind are permitted at this event.

d. Winners cannot personally meet, mingle or interact with the celebrities.

e. The exact location of the game cannot be divulged to anyone, publicly or privately.

f. Valid photo IDs with names matching those submitted by the winners are required.

g. If a winner or guest is under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must sign the contest Terms of Agreement.
